Our Story
Founded in 1993, ACTS Inc. began as a network solutions practice and evolved through decades of technology change — from Novell to CRM to Microsoft platforms.
Acts Ninety-Three was founded in 1993 by Craig Anderson, a Novell Certified NetWare Engineer whose approach to technology was shaped long before the company itself.
Raised in Brooklyn, Craig developed a practical, no-nonsense mindset early on—one that stayed with him after he relocated to California in his twenties, well before the personal computer industry reached the mainstream.
By the early 1990s, Craig was building computers and deploying Novell networks for organizations that depended on reliability and precision, including small financial institutions and growing businesses.
Known for his technical depth and straightforward approach, Craig focused on solving real problems rather than selling technology for its own sake.
In the mid-1990s, a chance conversation with a persistent GoldMine CRM sales representative led to a pivotal shift. What began as skepticism became opportunity, and ACTS evolved into a CRM-focused consultancy, helping organizations improve how they managed customer relationships.
From those early years, ACTS grew to serve hundreds of clients and expanded into Microsoft platforms, including Office 365 and broader CRM ecosystems. That work laid the foundation for what would later become Clarus IT Solutions.
